About this role

As a Staff Systems Engineer, you will provide technical leadership for our core infrastructure platforms, focusing on compute, containerization, virtualization, and storage. This hands-on role emphasizes solving infrastructure challenges through automation and code, driving technical direction, and mentoring other engineers. You will partner across teams to design and evolve resilient, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.

What we are looking for

Technical leadership in compute, storage, Linux, Windows, and K8S platforms
Design and implement enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions
Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards with Terraform, Ansible, Python
Evaluate and adopt AI-enabled tooling for infrastructure operations
Partner with Cloud, Security, and Application teams on end-to-end solutions
Mentor engineers and define engineering best practices
