Site Reliability Engineer, Incident management

Qualys is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer focused on incident management to monitor, maintain, and manage their global infrastructure and services. You will be responsible for ensuring maximum service availability and performance, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and automating operational tasks. This role involves collaboration with engineering and infrastructure teams to maintain resilient and efficient production systems.

• Maintain highly available and scalable applications and services
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using observability tools
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response processes
• Create automation scripts and tooling to reduce manual operational effort
• Track and document all issues and resolutions in detail
