Senior Staff Engineer - Systems

Samsung Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer for their Systems team in San Jose, California. This role focuses on developing and optimizing receiver models and algorithms for cutting-edge location IP used in mobile and wearable devices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, verify, and validate advanced signal processing architectures.

• Develop key location technologies using GNSS signals
• Develop and optimize C/C++ receiver models for verification and algorithm development
• Design advanced signal processing algorithms and baseband architectures
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams
• Perform data analysis and system performance benchmarking
• Hands-on lab testing and debugging of ASIC and board designs
