Senior Principal Engineer, Platform Engineering

As a Senior Principal Engineer, you will define the future architecture of the Arena SaaS platform, leading complex technical initiatives and influencing platform strategy. You will drive modernization efforts, guide technology adoption for improved scalability and reliability, and mentor senior engineers. This hands-on role shapes both long-term vision and critical implementation decisions for a leading Product Lifecycle Management platform.

• Define and influence architecture across key areas of the Arena SaaS platform
• Lead large-scale, complex initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams
• Solve challenging problems involving distributed systems, scale, reliability, and security
• Drive modernization efforts and improve engineering productivity
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders
• Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership
