Platform Operations Engineer

Maintain and support on-premises infrastructure platforms for mission-critical systems, ensuring reliability and operational stability. Drive infrastructure modernization and automation, supporting the transition to cloud adoption and hybrid infrastructure. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure the performance and security of essential government IT infrastructure.

• Maintain and support critical infrastructure platforms
• Implement platform standards, automation, and modern operational practices
• Support infrastructure enhancement and modernization initiatives
• Manage virtualisation platforms and execute patching/upgrade strategies
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and incident management
