About this role

Lead the architecture, strategy, and delivery of the Edge Communications Platform for a global leader in port operations. This role involves setting engineering direction, defining standards, and leading a team to deliver secure and scalable IT/OT connectivity across a worldwide terminal network.

What we are looking for

Own end-to-end architecture and roadmap for Edge Communications
Define engineering standards, design patterns, and governance
Lead design reviews for network and security solutions
Oversee delivery of routing, switching, NGFW, IPS/IDS, NAC, VPN, ZTNA, PAM, and wireless
Govern automation initiatives and develop frameworks for automated remediation
Translate requirements into platform solutions with Terminal IT and Security teams
