About this role
On Location, a TKO Group company, is seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations to be the analytical and operational backbone of their commercial organization. This role focuses on sales operations, requiring expertise in building KPI dashboards, diagnosing data flows in Salesforce, and managing prospecting tools. The ideal candidate will own the sales KPI framework, maintain reporting suites, and generate actionable insights from complex data.
What we are looking for
6- Own and refine sales KPI framework across the full funnel
- Build and maintain standardized reporting suite for various stakeholders
- Generate insights from data to identify trends and opportunities
- Act as a primary business owner of Salesforce data integrity
- Identify and implement automation to improve sales data reliability
- Build and manage prospecting and data-enrichment workflows in Clay
