Assistant General Counsel

CareSource is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to provide legal counsel and support on complex matters within the Legal Department. This role involves serving as lead attorney for a portfolio of legal issues, projects, or specialized areas, exercising independent judgment on legal challenges.

• Provide legal counsel on corporate, transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters
• Draft legal opinions and recommendations
• Identify, assess, and communicate legal and regulatory risks
• Lead or support contracting matters, including drafting and negotiation
• Support corporate governance, compliance, and business development initiatives
• Manage or support litigation and dispute resolution activities
