Lead Platform Engineer - PRO

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to translate their product roadmap into secure, scalable platform capabilities, primarily using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure. This hands-on technical leader will design and engineer solutions for workflows, data, integrations, and AI, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

• Lead solution architecture and engineering for PR&O capabilities on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure
• Design and guide implementation of PR&O workflows, data, integrations, and AI-enabled features
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and operational requirements
• Apply enterprise engineering standards and promote reusable services and patterns
• Provide technical direction to engineering teams and contractors
• Translate product roadmap into executable solution designs and technical backlogs
