About this role
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will design, implement, and automate foundational data platform services on Azure, including Databricks and Kafka. You will drive DevSecOps best practices and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and GitLab/Azure DevOps to enable data and analytics teams. This role is crucial for modernizing our data capabilities and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable data products.
What we are looking for
6- Design, implement, and support Azure Databricks, Confluent Kafka, and related data platform services
- Lead Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) development with Terraform
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps automation using GitLab and Azure DevOps
- Engineer and maintain Azure Databricks workspaces and Unity Catalog
- Establish and enforce platform engineering standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues across Databricks, Kafka, and IaC
