- Support Windows/Linux servers, Azure, and Microsoft 365
- Manage identity and access, networking, and backups
- Resolve incidents and support business-critical applications
- Improve operations via automation and scripting
- 4+ years enterprise infrastructure operations experience
- Hands-on Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID experience
