About this role
Lead the development and delivery of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, primarily on the 3DExperience platform, as part of a Digital Transformation program. You will manage a multi-site team of architects, technical project managers, and business process analysts, collaborating with business groups and IT vendors to execute the program from inception to delivery.
What we are looking for
6- Manage a 3-4 person multi-site team of architects, tech PMs, and BPAs
- Oversee work allocation and provide guidance to team members
- Conduct performance reviews and set yearly goals
- Hire, motivate, and develop talent within the team
- Develop project proposals, strategic plans, and budget forecasts
- Manage program risks and develop mitigation strategies
