Lead Cloud Site Reliability Engineer

Lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers to enhance the reliability, observability, and operational excellence of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP). You will establish engineering standards, improve platform reliability, and reduce operational complexity while collaborating with product owners and engineering leads. This role involves leadership support for out-of-hours incident management.

• Lead and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads on reliability and feature delivery
• Use observability data to identify improvement opportunities
• Lead incident and problem management activities
• Champion SRE practices like SLOs and error budgets
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort
