Lead Infrastructure Engineer (Exchange, Entra, Intune & Microsoft 365)

Lead the design, operation, and evolution of enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 and end-user computing platforms. Serve as the senior technical authority for complex infrastructure, identity, messaging, and endpoint management issues. Drive automation and operational efficiency through scripting and modern infrastructure management techniques.

• Serve as senior technical authority and Tier 3 escalation point
• Own architecture, engineering, and lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 services
• Lead design and operation of hybrid identity environments
• Manage enterprise messaging platforms
• Architect and support enterprise endpoint management capabilities
• Drive automation and operational efficiency through PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
