Cloud Engineer - Operations

As a Cloud Engineer - Operations, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Cloud. You will proactively support clients, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure cloud environments are secure and compliant with industry standards. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to align cloud services with business objectives and drive continuous improvement in cloud operations.

• Manage and optimize multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, M365, GCP)
• Provide proactive client support and resolve complex cloud issues
• Ensure cloud security and compliance with industry standards
• Automate cloud deployments using IaC tools and scripting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients on cloud strategy
• Experience in a Managed Services framework
