About this role

Lead the DevOps strategy and execution to enhance engineering productivity, accelerate software releases, and ensure the reliability of Pindrop's SaaS platform. You will manage the DevOps team, drive multi-cloud practices, strengthen observability, and optimize cloud costs. This role involves evaluating and implementing AI-powered DevOps tools to improve deployment, monitoring, and incident response.

Own the DevOps roadmap for CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and release workflows
Lead the DevOps team and partner with Engineering, SRE, and Product
Cultivate multi-cloud practices across AWS and GCP with infrastructure as code
Strengthen observability, uptime, and incident response
Evaluate and implement AI-powered DevOps tools for operational efficiency
Establish governance, security, and compliance standards for AI infrastructure
