Senior Software Systems Engineer - Perception

Latitude AI, a Ford subsidiary, is developing an advanced ADAS platform for autonomous vehicles. This role focuses on the Perception Systems Engineering team, verifying the autonomy stack from sensing to motion planning. You will develop system architectures, define requirements, and design verification tools, working closely with software, algorithm, and hardware teams.

• Develop Systems Architectures, Requirements, and Verification plans for Perception Functions
• Contribute to Software Architecture and Requirements
• Define use cases and bounding scenarios for perception capabilities
• Design and build metrics and tooling for verification and testing
• Act as a Cross-Functional expert in Software, Algorithms, and Hardware related to Perception Functions
• Analyze and root cause on-car results to identify performance improvements
