Sr. Systems Engineer

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide high-level technical support for Next-Generation 911 systems. This remote US-based role involves diagnosing and resolving complex system, network, and telephony issues, collaborating with product development, and validating new technologies. The position requires expertise in operating systems, networking, and telephony systems, with a focus on public safety operations.

• Provide Tier 4 technical support and escalation resolution for NG911 call-taking and dispatching solutions
• Diagnose and resolve complex system architecture, networking, and telephony issues
• Collaborate with Product Development and Field Services to test and validate emerging technologies
• Maintain technical support laboratory configurations for troubleshooting and beta testing
• Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to customer support centers and field technicians
• Requires ability to obtain background clearance for government customer
