Lead SRE technical strategy for developer tooling platforms
Establish platform reliability architecture, standards, and SLIs/SLOs
Serve as senior technical authority for platform decisions
Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code
Lead complex incident investigations and root cause analysis
Mentor SREs in operational excellence and architectural thinking
