About this role

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineer in Gilbert, Arizona, to support national security space programs. You will be a key member of a cross-disciplinary team responsible for the entire engineering lifecycle of space vehicles, from design and development to integration, testing, and on-orbit operations.

What we are looking for

Support and lead systems engineering tasks for space subsystems, payloads, and vehicles
Perform requirements development, allocation, verification, and validation planning
Write complex specifications, interface control documents, and engineering reports
Support interface and communication with program, functional, and subsystem leads
Assist with trade studies, system performance assessments, and CONOPS development
Provide on-floor support for integration, testing, and operational readiness
