About this role

This role involves supporting and managing production systems and services to meet operational requirements and service agreements. You will be responsible for daily VDI administration, maintenance, upgrades, and end-user support, while also identifying opportunities for performance improvements. The position requires proactive problem-solving and collaboration with global delivery teams.

What we are looking for

Perform daily VDI administration, maintenance, and upgrades
Provide end-user support related to VDI
Identify opportunities for improving performance and efficiency of Citrix DaaS environments
Experience in creation and maintenance of VDI master images, Machine Catalogs, and Delivery Groups
Monitor Citrix for performance and event alerts
Proficient in Windows Server, PowerShell Scripting, and Active Directory concepts
