What we are looking for

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
Ensure system availability, capacity, performance, and monitoring
Partner with development teams to improve service reliability and velocity
Lead DevOps automation and best practices across the organization
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on root cause analysis
Experience with Chef, Jenkins, and Git for automation and pipeline management
