Cloud Operations Engineer (2nd Shift, Weekend)

Join MongoDB's Cloud Operations team as a Cloud Operations Engineer on the 2nd shift weekend team. You will ensure the operational success of MongoDB Atlas, a leading multi-cloud database-as-a-service. This role involves monitoring systems, troubleshooting incidents, and collaborating with a global team to maintain uptime for diverse customers, including government agencies.

• Ensure operational success of MongoDB Atlas
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot incidents
• Collaborate with a global Cloud Operations team
• Support government customers in FedRamp environments
• Automate routine monitoring and troubleshooting tasks
• Participate in on-call rotations and work weekend shifts
