About this role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the development of reliable, secure, and efficient software testing and delivery capabilities for our Controls Subsystem. This role involves hands-on engineering, technical leadership, mentoring, and coordinating solutions across multiple teams to establish scalable and repeatable practices. You will drive continuous improvement, set practical standards, and contribute to technology strategy, ensuring robust and secure software delivery.

What we are looking for

Lead DevOps and software delivery initiatives from problem definition to adoption
Establish practical standards and reusable patterns for build, test, release, and environments
Drive continuous improvement using lean principles and data-driven feedback
Coach and mentor junior engineers, and manage suppliers and contractors
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions
Guide the use of cloud, container, and deployment tooling (Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
