About this role

Manage the Operations Department's computer systems and staff, ensuring the integrity and functionality of the AEGIS-EF System. You will serve as the primary technical liaison for customers and internal departments, overseeing on-site technical support for all software, file systems, and database applications. This role involves directing the operations staff, managing incident resolution, and coordinating software testing and deployment.
