Systems Engineer I

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Systems Engineer I to support the daily administration and development of technical platforms. This hybrid role involves collaborating with teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and ensure the reliability and efficiency of technology infrastructure. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 1-3 years in systems engineering or administration.

• Perform platform administration tasks including installations, patches, and backups
• Assist in monitoring platform performance and availability
• Troubleshoot technical issues under guidance
• Maintain system documentation and configuration records
• Support compliance with security and operational policies
• Experience with Windows-based website hosting or administration preferred
