Senior Software Engineer, Site Reliability (Agentforce Ops)

• Own the reliability roadmap for major product areas and scale systems globally
• Partner with senior engineers on infrastructure strategy, system design, and capacity planning
• Maintain and evolve automated environments using Infrastructure as Code
• Support scaling of AI/ML infrastructure and ensure production excellence
• Deep-dive into performance tuning, SQL optimization, and API latency
• Utilize AI tools to automate operational tasks and accelerate infrastructure delivery
