Provide Level 2 application and platform support for the critical Puma enterprise system, focusing on reliability, monitoring, incident investigation, and automation. You will work with AWS, Linux, Windows, Java, and databases, collaborating with global teams to ensure platform stability and production readiness. This role involves on-call duties and requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What we are looking for

Provide Level 2 application and platform support for the Puma platform
Monitor AWS infrastructure, application services, and platform health
Investigate and resolve incidents related to Linux/Windows servers, Java applications, messaging, databases, and NGINX
Perform root cause analysis and manage escalations
Develop and maintain operational scripts using Shell or Python for automation
Document support procedures and participate in knowledge transfer sessions
