About this role

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York is seeking a Cloud AWS Support Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their Enterprise Support Operations team. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing AWS infrastructure, implementing robust monitoring, and ensuring the reliability and security of cloud platforms. You will be responsible for setting up AWS services, containerizing applications, and developing CI/CD pipelines to support business applications.

What we are looking for

Maintain and set up AWS infrastructure including Lambda, S3, EKS, EC2, RDS
Implement observability and monitoring using Grafana and CloudWatch
Containerize code and COTS tools using NGINX, JBoss, Tomcat
Write Terraform IaC for provisioning AWS services and custom applications
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab
Troubleshoot application issues and resolve incidents
