About this role
RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer I to join their Advanced Airborne RF Sensors department in McKinney, Texas. This role focuses on improving manufacturing test processes for an existing product line to increase efficiency and product quality. You will provide technical guidance, manage requirements, interface with various disciplines, and develop/execute test plans.

- Prepare and present results in reports and briefings
- Develop and execute test plans, including simulations and lab tests
- Support process improvement initiatives for manufacturing test
