About this role

Acronis is seeking a Senior DevOps/Build System Engineer to own and evolve our complex software build system and infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring builds are fast, reproducible, and trustworthy, managing the end-to-end build and release pipelines, and supporting developers with efficient build processes. This role requires a strong understanding of CI/CD, software packaging, dependency management, and scripting, with a focus on AI-assisted engineering tools.

What we are looking for

Own, design, and evolve the build system for a large, multi-language software product
Build and maintain end-to-end build pipelines, including artifact repositories and caching
Assemble, validate, and operate the release pipeline for multiple release lines
Automate build tooling and release steps using Python and shell scripting
Support developers with fast, self-service builds and quick diagnosis of failures
Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools for debugging and technical research
