Senior Platform Engineer

Ingram Micro is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to manage, improve, and support their marketplace and Xvantage platforms. This hands-on role involves ensuring platform stability, scalability, reliability, and security through continuous operations, automation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for incident resolution, deployment support, and enhancing monitoring and documentation.

• Operate and monitor platform components for stability and business readiness
• Support product deployments and platform updates
• Investigate and resolve complex platform issues
• Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Improve monitoring, alerts, and health checks
