Tech Holding seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer for a remote contract role focused on enhancing platform performance, reliability, and scalability. This hands-on position involves identifying bottlenecks, validating system limits, and leading remediation efforts across various technical domains. You will partner with engineering, product, and leadership to provide data-driven insights on capacity, performance, and scaling costs.

• Establish performance, reliability, and capacity baselines
• Define and maintain SLOs, error budgets, and alerts
• Instrument and analyze full request paths across distributed systems
• Identify system bottlenecks and lead cross-functional remediation
• Build capacity models and lead load/stress testing
• Partner with teams to ensure production readiness and operational runbooks
