About this role

Clera is seeking a mid-level Platform Engineer to build and manage our core Kubernetes infrastructure, specifically designed for demanding AI workloads. You will play a key role in shaping our multi-cluster capabilities, focusing on automation, GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code to simplify production deployments and operations.

What we are looking for

Build custom Kubernetes operators and controllers in Go
Implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD
Develop infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and Helm
Work with distributed storage (Ceph, WEKA)
Create observability systems with Prometheus and Grafana
Design federated Kubernetes architectures
