Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Lead Site Reliability Engineers at Disney are responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical platforms that power guest experiences. This role involves guiding other engineers, setting technical direction, and architecting cloud-native and hybrid infrastructures.

• Architect, design, and build scalable, secure infrastructure and platforms
• Lead evolution of DevOps and SRE practices, championing CI/CD and automation
• Serve as SRE subject matter expert and technical lead for assigned products
• Identify root causes of operational issues and lead incident response
• Develop and maintain automation, scripts, and Infrastructure as Code
• Mentor, train, and guide other engineers
