About this role

Lead and grow two infrastructure teams responsible for SpotOn's delivery and Kubernetes platforms. You will drive the consolidation of our CI/CD and compute infrastructure, enhance developer productivity through tools like Backstage and AI, and ensure platform reliability and compliance. This role is key to empowering our engineering teams and supporting the business's rapid growth.

What we are looking for

Manage and mentor engineers on platform, infrastructure, and developer productivity teams
Lead the consolidation of CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Argo CD) and Kubernetes (EKS) platforms
Enhance the developer platform with Backstage, AI tooling, and improved golden paths
Own production reliability, incident response, and PCI DSS compliance for infrastructure
Drive operational efficiency and strategic platform roadmap execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and mitigate risks
