System Support Engineer – Engineering Infrastructure

As a System Support Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining the engineering infrastructure that powers embedded software development and verification. You will ensure the readiness and optimization of development environments, laboratories, and test stations, collaborating with global teams to support product development.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot infrastructure systems for embedded software development
• Support engineering laboratories, test stations, and development environments
• Manage inventory, provisioning, and lifecycle of engineering assets
• Configure and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Develop and improve infrastructure documentation and processes
