Senior Engineer - Infrastructure

As a Senior Engineer on the Infrastructure team, you will provide advanced support for critical applications, troubleshoot complex system issues, and maintain robust operating components. You will also contribute to modernization initiatives, develop automation, and collaborate with various engineering teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our production systems.

• Provide Level 3 production support for business-critical applications
• Troubleshoot complex application-hosting and system issues
• Build, configure, and maintain operating components
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Improve observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Develop reusable configurations, scripts, and operational tooling
