Lineside Specialist

Scout Motors is seeking a Lineside Specialist to maintain and support plant IT systems in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This role involves ensuring system availability, troubleshooting issues, managing IT assets, and providing support for manufacturing systems and interfaces. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration within a fast-paced, high-growth company.

• Maintain and support plant IT systems, ensuring proper naming, labeling, patching, and antivirus definitions
• Ensure high operational availability of IT manufacturing support equipment and applications
• Monitor and troubleshoot Plant IT networks, servers, client devices, and infrastructure
• Provide IT support for manufacturing systems and interfaces (MES, HMI, barcode scanners)
• Perform asset management for Plant IT hardware and components
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Plant IT systems and processes
