IT Systems Engineer III

Ophelia is seeking an IT Systems Engineer III to enhance their IT systems through integration, automation, and security, focusing on improving the employee experience. This role involves hands-on execution and full ownership of IT projects, including managing a managed service provider and driving security initiatives like SOC 2 readiness. The position reports to the CTO and collaborates with various teams to implement IT strategy and ensure high-quality, secure IT operations.

• Improve IT systems through integration, automation, and security
• Manage IT managed service provider and serve as Level 3 escalation point
• Drive SOC 2 readiness and other security initiatives
• Oversee IT projects from inception to impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Ensure high IT helpdesk standards and SLA performance
