Lead, Data & Control Systems Engineering

Relativity Space is seeking a Lead, Data & Control Systems Engineer to design, build, and operate testing infrastructure for their Terran R rocket. This role involves leading a hardware group, providing technical mentorship, and fostering team development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with electrical and software systems, data and control systems, and risk mitigation in complex environments.

• Lead the DACS hardware group in development, deployment, and maintenance
• Foster growth and development of high-performance engineering teams
• Provide technical mentorship and talent development
• Design, build, and operate world-class testing assets
• Liaise with software and partner electrical teams
• 5+ years of experience with electrical and software systems
