About this role

Lead a team of infrastructure specialists to support critical IT capabilities for the Department of Defense. You will oversee hands-on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of physical infrastructure in data center environments, ensuring high availability and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

What we are looking for

Lead a 3-person team, bridging technicians and engineering groups
Perform hands-on physical infrastructure installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with UC, systems, and network engineers on new site deployments
Determine and resolve infrastructure gaps for 99.999% availability
Install, rack, cable, and connect servers, storage, network, and UC equipment
Develop and maintain site survey reports, cable maps, and as-built documentation

Work authorization

Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
