Senior Site Reliability Engineer I

Braze is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the smooth operation and maximum uptime of internal services and platforms. This role involves architecting and operating NGINX and Kubernetes ingress infrastructure, partnering with product teams on resilient architectures, and leading incident response. You will translate product requirements into scalable technology stacks and manage SLIs/SLOs.

• Lead NGINX & Kubernetes Ingress Infrastructure
• Architect and Operate Ingress Fleets
• Own and Expand Scaling Routines
• Partner with Product Teams on Resilient Architectures
• Manage SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets
• Participate in On-Call Rotation and Lead Retrospectives
