Staff Platform Engineer

2K is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to lead the architecture and development of internal developer ecosystems, focusing on integrating AI capabilities into their next-generation Autonomous Agentic Development Platform. This role involves championing a "platform-as-a-product" philosophy to optimize internal tools, create robust "golden paths," and enhance developer velocity. You will influence the long-term platform engineering roadmap and mentor senior technical talent.

• Lead AI strategy and execution for developer portal and agentic workflows
• Drive technical roadmap and architectural guidance for platform engineering
• Champion "platform as a product" strategy for Internal Developer Platform (IDP)
• Elevate developer velocity and experience through automation and self-service
• Provide architectural direction for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform
• Define standards for Kubernetes, CI/CD, and service discovery
