About this role

Join the Webex Contact Center FedRAMP team as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, operating and maintaining secure, reliable AWS and Kubernetes services for U.S. government customers. You will focus on automating operations, ensuring service health, and strengthening security and compliance in a highly regulated environment.

What we are looking for

Deploy, operate, and maintain resilient AWS and Kubernetes microservices
Monitor service health, troubleshoot incidents, and restore service in a 24x7 environment
Automate operational tasks and service provisioning
Strengthen solution security and compliance for FedRAMP
Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams
Experience with Go, Java, or Python for production services and automation
