- Deliver production support for applications and third-party products
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, Splunk)
- Resolve incidents, manage changes, and mitigate proactive issues
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for client issues and escalations
- 7+ years of Application Support/TechOps experience
