About this role

GEICO is seeking an experienced Manager, Staff Engineering to lead a platform engineering team responsible for building and operating a next-generation Object Storage platform. You will manage a team of 8-10 engineers, drive platform strategy, and deliver scalable, reliable, and secure storage solutions. This role requires strong experience in platform development, distributed systems, and storage technologies, along with proven people management experience.
