Senior Platform Engineer - Golang

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will lead the design and development of platform services, automation solutions, and cloud-native capabilities to enhance software delivery, reliability, and developer productivity. You will focus on creating reusable platform products, shared services, and AI-driven tools, treating internal engineers as customers by building robust APIs and agentic AI integrations. This role emphasizes architecting foundational shared services and developer-facing AI capabilities, rather than managing cloud infrastructure.

• Lead design and development of enterprise platforms and shared services
• Define and drive automation strategies for the AI-driven development lifecycle
• Establish standards for platform reliability, resilience, and performance
• Define platform-wide governance, security, and compliance strategies
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers
• Define and drive the developer experience vision across engineering platforms
