About this role

Sysco LABS is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise cloud data platforms on AWS and GCP. You will design, build, and automate cloud infrastructure, implement observability, and lead incident response to ensure operational resilience.

What we are looking for

Design, build, and improve cloud data platform reliability on AWS and GCP
Deploy and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform and DevOps practices
Enhance observability with Datadog and cloud-native monitoring
Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and operational health metrics
Partner with Data Engineering for platform reliability and resilience
Lead incident response, RCA, and promote SRE best practices
