About this role
Lead the governance, operational oversight, and continuous improvement of enterprise-managed platforms supporting digital experiences across web, mobile, and ecommerce. Oversee managed service providers for SaaS platforms and lead DevOps resources for CI/CD processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Manage a technical team responsible for shared platform capabilities like Akamai.

- Oversee managed service providers for SaaS platforms (AEM, Salsify, Algolia, Contentsquare)
- Lead DevOps resources for CI/CD and deployment automation
- Manage technical team for Akamai and shared platform capabilities
- Ensure platform health, performance, and vendor governance

- 7-10+ years in technology operations, platform management, or DevOps
